Mildreda – Dark Electro mit Tiefgang
Es gibt Bands, die gute elektronische Musik machen, und es gibt Projekte, die darüber hinaus eine eigene Welt erschaffen. Für mich gehört Mildreda eindeutig zur zweiten Kategorie. Hinter dem belgischen Dark-Electro-Projekt steht Jan Dewulf, der bereits seit den 1990er-Jahren aktiv ist und mit seiner Musik eine beeindruckende Verbindung aus düsteren Sounds, starken Emotionen und philosophischer Tiefe geschaffen hat.
Was mich an Mildreda besonders fasziniert, ist die Mischung aus kraftvollen Electro-Beats, atmosphärischen Klanglandschaften und Texten, die weit über die üblichen Genre-Klischees hinausgehen. Die musikalischen Wurzeln liegen klar im Dark Electro und EBM, doch die Songs wirken niemals eindimensional. Gleichzeitig erweitert das Projekt seinen Sound um neue emotionale Facetten und beweist erneut, dass Dark Electro weit mehr sein kann als reine Clubmusik.
Für mich gehört Mildreda zu den spannendsten Vertretern der heutigen Dark-Electro-Szene. Das Projekt beweist, dass elektronische Musik gleichzeitig tanzbar, emotional und intellektuell anspruchsvoll sein kann. Wer dunkle elektronische Klänge mit Tiefgang sucht, sollte Mildreda unbedingt entdecken.
